Shipping and returns
Every order is packed by hand in our studio and sent in a black matte gift box.
Shipping
- WhereUnited States only, for now
- CarrierUSPS Ground Advantage, with tracking
- Cost$8 for one shirt, plus $5 for each extra shirt
- Packing2 to 4 business days from your order
- DeliveryUsually 2 to 5 business days after it ships
When your order leaves the studio you will get an email with the tracking number. Please check your shipping address at checkout: we can change it until the order ships, so write to us quickly if something is wrong.
Returns and exchanges

- ConditionUnworn, unwashed, in the original box
- Return postagePaid by you, unless we made a mistake
- RefundTo your original payment, within 5 business days of arrival
To start a return or a size exchange, email hello@ewua.shop with your order number. We will reply with the return address. Exchanges depend on what is left: EWUA 001 is an edition of 50 and will not be restocked, so if your size has sold out we will refund you instead.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Damaged, wrong or missing
If your order arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will cover the postage and make it right. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then write to us and we will help.
